About Tariffi
A specialist for historical refund recovery — never daily freight clearance. Operated with CBP-licensed customs broker partners under 19 CFR Part 111.
Role specialization, not platform play. Your licensed customs broker partner stays Filer of Record per CBP Ruling HQ H326926.
Tariffi works like a duty-drawback specialist — focused on historical refund recovery, never daily freight clearance — but for IEEPA CAPE refunds, not 19 USC § 1313 drawback. We prepare the CAPE declaration data; your broker signs, transmits via their own ACE portal, and stays Filer of Record.
Unlike traditional drawback specialists (Comstock & Holt, Charter Brokerage) who are themselves CBP-licensed and file under their own Filer Code, Tariffi is NOT CBP-licensed. Your broker’s license is what makes every CAPE filing legally possible. Our compensation to the broker is a flat per-filing filer integration fee under 19 CFR § 111.36(c) — never a percentage, referral bounty, or revenue share.
Tariffi is a SaaS platform that deliberately does not perform customs business. Claims are prepared on our platform and filed by our CBP-licensed customs broker partners under their own licenses, following the broker-partnership structure set out in CBP Ruling HQ H326926. The operating entity is TARIFFI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; corporate details are available to qualified diligence counterparties at legal@tariffi.io.

The regulatory structure that governs who files with CBP on our platform.
Tariffi is a SaaS platform operated by TARIFFI LLC (a Delaware limited liability company). All customs business is conducted by our licensed customs broker partner under 19 CFR Part 111. We do not file entries with CBP, do not hold a CBP broker license, and do not represent importers before CBP.
Our partnership follows the unlicensed-customs-business penalty guidance set out in CBP Ruling HQ H326926 (December 2023): the licensed broker partner executes the Power of Attorney with each importer under 19 CFR 111.36 and 19 CFR 141.32, files each CAPE declaration under its own broker license and filer code, and retains professional responsibility for the accuracy of every submission under 19 CFR 111.29 and 19 CFR 111.39.
Broker compensation is structured exclusively as a flat filer integration fee (per 19 CFR 111.36) and is never calculated as a percentage of the importer’s refund or of our contingency fee. The partnership agreement template governing this arrangement is available to diligence counterparties on request at legal@tariffi.io.
