Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info
Effective 2026-04-19 · Version 1.1
Tariffi does NOT sell personal information and does NOT share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This page exists to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) and equivalent state privacy statutes that require businesses to post a conspicuous “Do Not Sell or Share” link even where no sale or sharing occurs. You may still submit a request to exercise any privacy right available to you under applicable law.
How to submit a privacy request
Email privacy@tariffi.io with the following in the subject line:
- “Do Not Sell My Info” — to opt out of any future sale or sharing (on a forward-looking basis).
- “Right to Know” — for the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- “Right to Delete” — to request deletion of non-regulated data. Note: data required by 19 CFR Part 163 (CBP record retention) must be retained for seven years and cannot be deleted on request.
- “Right to Correct” — to correct inaccurate personal information.
- “Limit Use of Sensitive PI” — to restrict use of sensitive identifiers (bank account, EIN) to purposes necessary to provide the Services.
Include in the body of the email enough information to verify your identity and the scope of the request (company name, account email, and a description of the action you wish us to take). If you use an authorized agent, include signed written permission from the data subject. We will respond within the statutory window under the applicable privacy law.
No discrimination
Tariffi will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lower-quality experience because you exercised a privacy right (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125).
